We will assign a Project Manager who will act as a point of contact to develop a detailed project plan, including: scope, deliverables, timelines, roles and responsibilities of all project team members. Proven methodologies such as PRINCE2 are used to ensure the project is delivered "on time" and "on budget".

Complete feel strongly that to get the most from an effective strategy it requires good implementation. Consequently, we adhere to PRINCE2, the UK Government's standard for project management. Complete can act independently to ensure that you and your suppliers are working together to maximise the effectiveness of the information communications strategy.

Technical Design
When designing the implementation of document management systems a large number of factors need to be considered. Complete will work with your IT Department, software vendors and systems integrators to design the most effective system.
