Description
Drivve Image is a suite of powerful software tools that was developed for Sharp OSA (Open Systems Architecture)-enabled MFPs to eliminate time-consuming, error prone manual processes from ordinary office activities, such as scanning, storing, distributing and managing documents. Documents can be scanned in bulk, digitally 'cleaned', annotated, indexed and distributed to any network destination or folder, directly from the MFP, in a matter of moments.

eCopy ShareScan Essentials
eCopy ShareScan Essentials is a new cost effective offering from Ricoh and eCopy that is available as an embedded only solution that runs natively on the operation panel of the supported Ricoh device.
This new cost effective product has been designed for key markets such as government and education. eCopy can be further extended with the addition of connectors, the SIMS connector being of particular interest to the education sector.

Description
The Callisto suite of products has been designed to control and manage the flow of paper documents into and out of the network in an office. By providing a modular approach, administrators can manage part or all of the workflow. Utilising the latest technologies, it is possible to deliver user interfaces directly to the MFP. This allows for accurate entering of information at the point of processing a document. For scanning, it means that documents can be entered directly into a Document Management System (DMS) with all of the correct indexing information assigned to it.
Callisto comprises of several distinct modules:
Managed Scan - allows users to select information relating to a document at the point of scan. Scanned documents are converted to PDF and can be stored on a file server or DMS system along with the selected data, allowing for easy searching and organising of data. Callisto Managed Scan supports the addition of various optional data links which provide connection to third party applications. It also offers integration with Microsoft SharePoint V3 and 2007 and Microsoft Exchange
Managed Scan LITE - offers integration with Microsoft SharePoint V3 and 2007 and Microsoft Exchange for those users that do not require the additional connectivity provided by Callisto Managed Scan.
Managed Print Release - designed to enable users to print documents wherever they are. Print jobs are stored on a central server and once authenticated are displayed for the user to select. Callisto Managed Print Release can be available packaged with Managed Scan.
